Research Degrees
The London College of Communication offers a broad range of research degrees, including theoretical, experimental and practice-based.
Applications are invited from candidates in any subject area where the College can provide appropriately qualified supervision in collaboration with other constituent colleges of the University.
Indicative research areas are: current practices and histories of Photography, sonic arts, sound design, auditory culture, film, multimedia, communication studies, graphic design, research into materials used by artists or others employed in creative pursuits, digital and colour imaging. The College is also currently developing research initiatives in retail studies and advertising.
