The pictures above capture some of the many beautiful arrangements which Flower Design students designed and created over two weeks for the Royal Ballet School’s Gala evening at the White Lodge, Richmond. The prestigious event was attended by Their Royal Highnesses, the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall.

As Course Director Gillian Wheeler describes: “From the moment the guests arrived they were greeted by a lavishly decorated front staircase leading to the gardens. It was a sea of white roses, soft green foliage and cow parsley. The dinner in the newly opened Darcy Bussel studio looked amazing…”

Their Royal Highnesses commented favourably on the hard work and were also interested to hear that one of the 25 students involved was being sponsored by the Princes Trust.
